Parliament to raise its next Thursday
BAGHDAD - ((eighth day))
Raised the Presidency of the Council of Representatives, on Tuesday, the 27th meeting of the Council to Thursday, with a parliamentary source said that the Parliament ended the first reading of the three laws.
A parliamentary source said: "The presidency of the parliament decided on Tuesday, the 27th to adjourn the meeting next Thursday."
The source, who asked not to be named, said, "Parliament ended, during today's meeting, the first reading of the draft and the Ministry of Water Resources Act No. 50 of 2008, and the draft law of statistics, and the draft labor law."
The source continued, "it was postponing the first reading of the draft second amendment bill to the Investment Law No. 13 of 2006, and the second reading of the draft law on ratification of economic and trade, scientific and technical cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the Republic of Armenia Convention on the Law, and the second reading of the draft accession of the Republic of Iraq to the international railway agreement law in Levant and elbows attached to it, and the second reading of the draft law of the Ministry of Health.
