    - Appropriate vocational training for people with disabilities and special needs and developing their capabilities according to the needs of the labor market.
     
    - Training families of people with disabilities and special needs on how to deal with them properly, care for them and look after them in a way that does not affect their dignity, in order to achieve their social integration.
     
    - Providing free seats in private schools for people with disabilities and special needs from low-income families.
     
    -Exempting people with disabilities and special needs from the waiting years for external study at all academic levels.
     
    - Providing free scholarships for people with disabilities in Iraqi universities for those below the poverty line.
     
    Providing free health services to people with disabilities and special needs.
     
    - Securing treatment costs inside and outside Iraq, including operations or any other requirements.
     
    - Benefit from medical aids (prosthetic limbs, chairs, supports, etc.).
