    Second, the vote on the draft law on ratification amended Convention Arab cooperation in the field of organizing and facilitating relief operations law. ( Committee on Foreign Relations , the Human Rights Committee, the Committee on Committee deportees and displaced persons ). (Article 2).


     
    Third: the first reading of the draft accession of the Republic of Iraq to the United Nations Convention on the immunities of States and their property from the jurisdiction of the law. ( Foreign Relations Committee , the Legal Committee ). (Article 2).


     
    Fourth: the first reading of the draft accession of the Republic of Iraq to the International Organization for Migration Constitution Act. ( Committee on Foreign Relations , the Committee on the deportees and displaced persons ). (Article 2).


     
    Fifth: The first reading of the draft law of the Ministry of Defence. (Commission on Security and Defence). (Article 14).


     
    Sixth: The first reading of the draft law of the University of Defense for military scholarships. (Commission on Security and Defense, the Legal Committee ). (Article 28).


     
    Seventh: The second reading of the draft law on ratification letters Law and exchange of notes and minutes of discussions on the Japanese loan to the Republic of Iraq, signed on 16/02/2014. ( Foreign Relations Committee , the Finance Committee ). (Article 2).
