    The Commission on the economy and investment representative, said on Sunday that the government is determined to lay the foundations for a comprehensive economic reform for all sectors, indicating that the government realized the error dependence on oil revenues, but not others.

    He said committee member Najiba Najib's / scales News /, "The government has realized an error dependence on oil revenues and began implementing reform the foundations of the economy in all its banking, agricultural, commercial and industrial sectors."

    Geez... first the negative articles from yesterday saying now is not the time for reform (delete zeros project),,then these that say.. just wait, everythings gonna be really good for this coming period.  Which is it?

    For those who pass the second test of the parable of the sower, it is great!  I am trying to make it easier, but it still is a test that each person needs to pass.

    For true economic reform the tariffs have to be in place and secure - Iraq: Import (general) - THEY FINALLY ARE GETTING IT DONE - The tariff system change took place in June 2012.  It represented a significant increase for certain goods as in the past imports were only subject to a 5% reconstuction duty/tax.
