[ltr] A few meters from the House of Representatives Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi received a phone call, one source close to him, warning him to attend the meeting host agreed upon in advance. This comes after draws some Shiite parties accountable to the Prime Minister about the participation of one of his advisers in the Doha conference, in an effort to pull the mandate granted him last August.
And the voice of the House of Representatives, on 11 August, unanimously approved the first package of government reforms that include a mandate to reduce the number of protections, and the abolition of the posts of Vice President and the Prime Minister.
Revealed parliamentary sources familiar with (range) that "al-Abadi and before arriving at the headquarters of the House of Representatives by a few meters, he received phone calls from some MPs who belonged to his team warning him of the presence of hosting a session scheduled at exactly one o'clock noon on Thursday."
They said parliamentary sources, who spoke on condition keep its identity under wraps, that "the House of Representatives of the warnings came after Ebadi movement led some political blocs in the corridors of parliament cafeteria about the possibility of cancellation of a parliamentary mandate in the meeting host."
She continued her parliamentary sources "after the departure of al-Abadi Al-Rasheed Hotel, a building next to the Palais des Congres, headed towards the House of Representatives but he changed his mind to attend the meeting host to a few meters."
It draws sources that "the political blocs was busy at the time to formulate her questions that will be guided to the Prime Minister after the sense that the reforms do not exist on the ground."
Sources confirm that "some Shiite blocs was determined to Abadi accounting and accountability to send his Special Adviser on National Reconciliation to Qatar and his participation in the Doha conference which was attended by opposition figures of the political process."
The Qatari capital Doha embraced, beginning this September, a conference attended by the opposition parties for the political process, including representatives from the leaders of the armed factions of the Baath Party.
[rtl]ا[/rtl]Parliamentary sources, which were witness to the political movement witnessed in the Parliament cafeteria, noted that "the political blocs had been waiting for the coming of the Abadi to put the issue of participation in the Doha Conference to be an excuse to withdraw the mandate it," asserting that "al-Abadi team, from the House of Representatives was a spectator and unable to do anything and that he had told the prime minister, in a telephone interview, the intention of some political blocs to withdraw the mandate and warned him to attend the meeting host. "
And describes the sources (range) that "there are different political blocs began to complain of conventions Abadi, through discussions between them" and attributed it to hit these blocks reforms of Prime Minister.
Sources and stresses that "the political blocs frequency began to grant Abadi these powers and mandate reduced the prestige of the House of Representatives and sees the need to withdraw the mandate."
And on whether to step Abadi, constitute an end to the honeymoon between the government and parliament, the movement of the sources of the President of the House of Representatives, during an interview Thursday, talking about the existence of objections to the authorization Abadi, asserting that "al-Jubouri said the audience the need to cooperate with the government in order to strengthen relations better and large. "
Parliamentary sources said, "is what we saw from Saleem al-Jubouri that there are no major differences between the parliament and the government but the problem lies in some Sunni and Shiite blocs that oppose every step carried out by al-Abadi al-Jubouri and is trying to shuffle the cards."
In this context, says MP militant al-Moussawi, a member of the Liberal parliamentary bloc, said that "there is a state of harmony between the parliament and the government but does not have any disturbance of this relationship."
But al-Moussawi confirmed, in a statement to (range), "The reforms Abadi formality and unrealistic not seen any accounting for corrupt or recovery of the stolen money."  He called the Prime Minister to come to Parliament to explain the reasons for it.
The attention of a member of the Liberal bloc that "it is necessary to activate the principle of reforms truly not be Trqieia without abusers accountable for public money."
