    [ltr] While the House of Representatives is still under the impact of shock Cabinet's decision to withdraw more than 100 draft some of them completed the second reading of the law, it revealed a parliamentary committee on the government's efforts to incorporate the oil agreement entered into by the government with the provincial government in the draft oil and gas law.
    There is a debate about the fate of tens of parliamentary laws, read by the House of Representatives, if the government held a special amendments to its provisions.  Legal Committee and stresses the need to re-read any law is subject to government amendments. 
    Among the laws that the government decided to withdraw it from the House of Representatives 0.63 legislation was read for the first time in addition to the 34 legislation, including the public holidays of the Federal Court Act, was prepared for the parliamentary vote.
    Sources say that the government has sent 54 law-Abadi, 10 of which proceeded the most prominent political parties law.

    John and continued that "the list of laws that have been withdrawn oil and gas law include the sender by the previous government to the parliament, which is one of the controversial laws, as well as communications and information technology law, and the law of the CMC, and the law of the National Council of the Supreme policies, and the law of the Martyrs Foundation".

    On the other hand indicate a smile Hilali, a member of the parliamentary legal committee, that "the Council of Ministers to form committees made up of economists and legal advisers, to review laws that withdrawn from Parliament to make some adjustments commensurate with the financial conditions." 
    She said Hilali (range), "These amendments are intended to be consistent with the reforms adopted by the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, which will be returned once again to Parliament in the next few days if the end of the ministerial committees of the reformulated new format."

    Hilali says that "oil and gas law will be amended by adding the oil agreement between the KRG and the federal government then send it to parliament to introduce the first and second reading and then vote on it." 
    And notes by the rule of law that "the most important laws that Parliament completed its second reading is the communication and information law, and the law of the CMC."
    In this context, the morning Karbouli, legal adviser to the speaker of parliament, says that "the government told Parliament the need to withdraw all laws sent by the previous government to make them consistent with their existing programs and financial circumstances." 
    He Karbouli (range), that "these laws the government would be sent to parliament in order of priority, according to its compatibility with the government program," revealing that "the Presidency of the Council of Representatives began to study the financial implications of these laws." 
    Legal Adviser to the President of the Parliament stresses that "laws that completed the first reading up to 63 law, and the laws intended to vote up to 34 of them legally and official holidays of the Federal Court Act."
