      Follow-up - and babysit -[size=18]the parliamentary finance committee on Tuesday denied what some of the media about the World Bank refused to lend to Iraq six billion dollars to bridge the budget deficit.
     
     
    Committee member Masood Haider In a press statement, said "Iraq tried in this matter by foreign bonds through some international banks, noting that Iraq's request about two million dollars but these banks put impossible conditions that called for Iraq to turn a blind eye on this matter."

    He added that "there are some Iraqi attempts to withdraw loans from Britain and America, but the benefits requested by these big countries, adding that the interest rate exceeded 11% and the Iraqi government also rejected it."

    It is said that the media dealt with that Finance Minister Hoshyar Zebari, discussed with the Deputy Director General of the International Monetary Fund and head of the Middle East and North Africa region in the Fund Masood Ahmed Iraq take advantage of the urgent financial assistance of the IMF loan in order to support the budget.
