Legal expert: Central Bank's decision to issue a law forbidding charges against him "unconstitutional"

Baghdad/... Legal expert Tariq Harb, Monday, that the Central Bank cannot pass a law preventing accusations, stating that the Constitution opens the way for criticism and accusing all State institutions.
He said the war for "Iraq News" that "the Central Bank cannot pass a law preventing accusations to him because it was contrary to the Constitution and the law", adding that "the Constitution allowed freedom of expression and accusations of all State institutions, including the presidencies of deputies or the Republic or Ministers."
Legal expert explained that "some false accusations of Central Bank
did not give him the right to withhold or denies accusations", saying "there is no constitutional basis of such laws.
And the Iraqi Central Bank announced on Sunday, seeking to enact legislation to protect decision-makers from the accusations, saying its continued its working mechanisms that ensure exchange rate stability in the markets.
He criticized a number of fiscal policy mechanisms on Central Bank dollar selling window low reserve of hard currency Iraq. Finished 12
