{Baghdad: Euphrates News} Affairs Department of citizens and public relations at the Secretariat of the Council of Ministers announced a new project contacts {citizens Affairs Center 160} system.
The Secretariat said in a statement received by the agency {Euphrates News} a copy of it on Monday, "The system will organize acts of hotlines run by the Chamber that system and number of {101} hotline distributed on sections of citizens affairs in the ministries, provinces, and departments not associated with the province."
He said that "the project aims to connect and follow-up network hotlines are easy and develops from the citizen service process, and referred to a statistical source improves the service provided his situation."
"The project poses a new electronic system administratively to manage the work of the hotlines, consists of multiple levels of operators to convert citizens calls between those levels according to the nature of the service requested by the citizen, the type required to answer; so as to achieve the best in call handling efficiency.
"He continued," also included the presentation of the preliminary draft the use of modern technologies, including speech recognition and synthesis using electronic programs to improve employee productivity, and a higher level of satisfaction of the citizen.
