Despite the participation of representatives in the Council of Ministers meeting, which was held last Wednesday, but the Union of Forces confirms that he completed the formalities the legal question the prime minister Haider al-Abadi parliament.
It seemed powers, a major Sunni blocs Union, satisfied with the measures Abadi, following an upsurge in violence in Muqdadiyah, through his two visits to the city and the arrest of three suspects from the events.
But the Sunni bloc considers that the prime minister is not his duty to reducing the spread of weapons outside the framework of the State. Referring to the Shiite armed factions affiliated with the popular crowd and body overseen by the same office Abadi.
The blocks coalition forces announced, last week, a boycott of meetings of the Council of Ministers and the House of Representatives on the back of what he described as "violations" committed by armed groups in Muqdadiyah.
But Prime Minister played down the violence, accusing the organization of Daash to broadcast clips "fabricated" to draw attention from security forces victories in various ways, calling on the people to "vigilance" of this "malicious schemes."
He revealed a member of the Union of Forces MP Raad Dahlaki, yesterday, said his bloc bygone collect signatures to question the prime minister Haider al-Abadi and accountability for the reforms and the deteriorating security situation in Iraq.
The MP said Raad Aldhlki that the EU "is what we saw of reforms Abadi is the dismissal of his deputies efficiencies and reduce salaries and merging some ministries with the ministry structural survival," noting that "the Minister Almrhqin receive pensions where the reform process"?
In this context, says MP Mohammad Alabdrih, member of the Iraqi Forces Union, said that "the Union of Forces preferred not to board the last Cabinet meeting province after what Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi went to spend Muqdadiyah to brief on what happened from events and security repercussions for discussion inside his booth ministerial".
He Alabdrih, told the (range), that "the ministerial bloc of the Union of Forces boycott the meetings of the government ended after Abadi discussed within the Council of Ministers a detailed report on his visit to Muqdadiyah," pointing out that "the government report talked about the dispatch of a force from the Ministry of Defense to Muqdadiyah to catch security file there. "
He revealed that a member of the Union forces, "security forces arrested three people accused of the events of Muqdadiyah conducts investigations with them at the present time."
And on the resumption of mass forces union participation in the House of Representatives, says MP from Mosul, "our province to sessions of parliament is the message of the government to limit arms possession to the state and work to provide security in these areas," but he stressed that "the powers union would end its boycott of meetings of the House of Representatives and will resume in the coming sessions ".
The Alabdrih that his parliamentary bloc "adopt, at this time, to provide interrogation to the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi for accountability for security breaches that have occurred in Diyala, Basra, Babil and Baghdad," pointing to "Formalities and legal interrogation is completed and will present the request to the presidency of the parliament early next month."
For his part, says MP Dhafer al-Ani, the other member of the Union of Forces, "There are comments on the performance of the government, particularly the security services after growing military wings of political parties in Baghdad and Diyala belt areas and some cities in Salahuddin, north of Babylon."
He said al-Ani, told the (range), that "al-Abadi went twice to Muqdadiyah and the form of government to a parliamentary committee and other work together, but did not limit the movement of militias that kill and displace and carry weapons outside the state."
The leader of the united coalition, headed by Osama Najafi, said that "these events make the legislature was upset by the failure of the government to take strong and effective measures to curb the growing movement of armed gangs in all areas under government control."
He said al-Ani, "in the absence of the ability of al-Abadi to impose security and stability in these areas will have to call Abadi in the House of Representatives for accountability for these violations and the consequences that began targeting innocent citizens."
He MP from the Union of Forces that "al-Abadi form a ministerial committee is working with a parliamentary committee to investigate the facts of the security situation in Diyala and to identify the damage to take the necessary actions."
In turn, calls for unity Jumaili, adviser speaker of parliament, the prime minister to respond to the demands of the Parliament and to work seriously to establish security in Diyala province, and prosecution of offenders.
Despite the escalation perpetrated by forces union with the prime minister on the back of Diyala and Muqdadiyah events, but Jumaili confirm, in a statement to (range) that "the relationship between al-Jubouri and Abadi, was not affected by the events of Diyala," asserting "the existence of a joint cooperation to calm the situation in Diyala to ensure unit Iraq".
