A member of the Basra Governorate Council on the mass of Virtue Hossam Al Mansouri, Saturday, that the French company has proposed to maintain implementation of economic and service projects to maintain exchange for crude oil.
He said Mansouri's (Il Giornale), that "the French company has proposed to the province of Basra implementation of different economic and service projects," noting that "the company has proposed three options to the province for the payment of dues, including crude oil."
"The other two options proposed by the company on the province to pay their dues in exchange for the implementation of projects are the payment on credit and investment in the province."
He added that "the province held more than a session with a French company to discuss the implementation of projects to maintain, while noting that it has been reached to identify projects to be implemented by the company."
