[ltr]MP for the province of Basra, Amer Al-Fayez, on Wednesday that the service projects in the province parked like other provinces because of the lack of financial liquidity and exchange Contractors benefits.[/ltr]

[ltr]It is said that Chairman of the Committee of Planning and Follow-up in the House of Basra originated Mansouri, said the proposal to complete the implementation of the stalled projects through payment on credit is not applicable because the instructions Cabinet does not allow an increase of the costs of these projects to offset the financial benefits of the loans that executing companies will have to get them to complete the implementation of its projects.[/ltr]
