    {Baghdad} Euphrates News of the Preparatory Committee for the National Conference revealed to people with disabilities, for efforts between the Independent Electoral Commission and the Council of Representatives, to give quota for persons with disabilities for the purpose of representation in Parliament.
    The Commission stated, during her speech at the Fourth National Conference for People with Disabilities, which took office , Mr. Ammar al - Hakim in Baghdad, said that "Congress passes three axes at the national, regional and international level.     she added , " at the national level we have a legislative package integration in Article 32 of the Constitution, followed by Iraq 's accession to the international Convention on the rights of persons with disabilities and Iraq 's obligations to theConvention and the enactment of the law of 38 national Commission for people with disabilities , which completed its range, but it still needs more of providing logistical support to the physical and moral level carries out its tasks. " 
    She pointed out that" the number of people with disabilities in Iraq exceeded four million people with various types of disabilities , "explaining that" we are facing at the national level , the problem of a new crisis , exacerbated by the growing guerrilla Daash which seized control of terror attacks on some parts of Iraq, and there is aproblem faced by people with disabilities displaced harsh Kalzerov and failure tomeet the needs and subjected many of them to die , "calling organizations and theUnited Nations to" take steps based on the Convention on the rights of persons with disabilities to assign people with disabilities who live in countries at risk. "
