Said the Basra Governorate Council, Tuesday, that the political and constitutional vacuum as a result of the failure to convene meetings of the Parliament and the Council of Ministers a negative impact on all provinces, as explained that the provinces need to decisions by the Council of Ministers such as the launch of financial allocations, he stressed the need to speed up the convening of the Council of Representatives and the Council of Ministers to proceed with the reforms that are agreed between everyone.
Said Council member Mujibur Al_husaneva press statement that "political and constitutional vacuum as a result of the failure to convene meetings of the Parliament and the Council of Ministers a negative impact on the province of Basra and all other provinces," noting that "the provinces need to decisions by the Council of Ministers such as the launch of financial allocations and also need to direct the new ministers duties in the ministries to link many of the departments in the provincial ministries directly. "
He said al-Hassani said "Basra province needs special attention from the central government as it represents an important nerve center of Iraq generally accounting for the economic weight larger because of its oil, as well as border crossings," he said, adding that "we emphasize the need to speed up the convening of the Council of Representatives and the Council of Ministers to proceed with the reforms agreed upon among all. "
