[ltr]The Saudi Energy Minister Khalid al-Falih, said on Tuesday that the kingdom plans to issue new licenses to explore for minerals and build more industrial cities.[/ltr]
[ltr]Faleh said at a news conference to announce the Saudi National Transformation Plan "The plan aims to increase investment in mineral exploration to $ 500 million by 2020 from $ 50 million."[/ltr]
