    [ltr]Parliament Speaker Salim al-Jubouri said in condemnation of the terrorist attack that targeted the shrine of Mr. Muhammad peace be upon him in Balad on Monday night, said Daash gangs are trying to sow discord between the shades of the Iraqi society.[/ltr]
