America warns Iraqis about tourist visa fees and identifies one bank to pay them

Shafaq News/ The US Consulate General in the city of Erbil, the capital of the Kurdistan Region, on Sunday warned Iraqis not to deal with any party except the Bank of Baghdad in paying tourist visa fees to the United States.
The consulate stated in a statement published today, in which it warned Iraqis wishing to visit the United States for tourism “against deception,” stressing that “the only way to pay tourist visa fees is through the Bank of Baghdad.”
According to the statement, “If you are contacted by someone asking you to pay money to a specific party, or transfer money to him by bank transfer, then this is a pure scam.”
