{Baghdad} Euphrates News attributed the committee martyrs and political prisoners, parliamentary member Abdul Ilah Naieli, non-payment of allowances to the victims not to apply the legislator in this aspect laws and delay regardless allocation by the Ministry of Finance.
He said Naieli told {Euphrates News} "Although the rights guaranteed by the special prisoners and martyrs of laws and victims of terrorism are not commensurate with the size of the sacrifice made by the martyrs, but good , whether material or moral ,according to the laws, but the problem is not the law, but in practice, because institutions that sponsor the martyrs and political prisoners, the institutions are not supported by the government and the Finance Ministry will be given assignments allocated budget, and therefore can not give the rights of the martyrs , "stressing" the need institutions to large budget to spend dues. "
He added that" the Ministry of Finance is supportive of my foundation martyrs and prisoners, and the government should act as soon as possible allowances for families of the victims and not to disrupt the laws passed by the parliament. "
