    On Thursday, the Martyrs Foundation announced the disbursement of the cumulative salaries of more than six thousand employees who were executed by the grave regime, and while it disclosed that the number of those covered by its laws reached 730 thousand martyrs and wounded, confirmed that 10,000 martyrs and 30 thousand wounded were included in the popular crowd in its law.
    The head of the foundation, Kazem Owaid, said in a statement reported by "Al-Sabah" newspaper and seen by "Al-Iqtisad News", that "the foundation seeks to obtain all the families of martyrs their benefits according to the laws of its three categories, victims of the grave regime or terrorism, military operations and the popular crowd."
    He added, "The Foundation operates according to its effective laws, which are No. 2 of 2016, and it concerns victims of the grave regime, No. 15 includes victims of terrorism and military operations, and the wounded of the popular crowd, and the law of affairs and protection of mass graves of the grave regime and ISIS terrorists."
    Awaid pointed out that "there was a recent amendment that included Law 57 of 2015 and part of Law No. 2 of 2016 to unify some paragraphs between the two laws, and it will be implemented upon completion of the instructions, pointing out that the amendments included some of the problems of the institution that faced the implementation of the two laws and related to the rights of people with martyr".
    He disclosed "the most important amendments, which are the payment of cumulative salaries to employees who were liquidated by the bureau of the grave regime from the date of their arrest or liquidation until the year 2006 that witnessed the issuance of the law of the institution." .
    The head of the Martyrs Foundation stated that "the number of those covered by the law of the Foundation in their three categories amounted to 730,000, with 60,000 martyrs from the victims of the grave regime, 230,000 martyrs and 400,000 wounded victims of terrorism and military operations, along with more than ten thousand martyrs and 30,000 wounded from the crowd."
