said the Iraqi Red Crescent Society willingness to tackle the difficult situation facing displaced people in the country. He noted the president of the association , Dr. Yassin al - Mamouri, in aninterview with «morning», the response of theRed Crescent Society to help the displaced through the «National Contingency Plan» approved by a cell of the Office of the Prime Minister crisis, noting that the plan defines the roles of each party in that cell, including the Crescent Red , which defined its mission in emergency and urgent response to the days of the 14 first from the start of the crisis.
He said Mamouri that there are mechanisms to organize aid for the Red Crescent through the international Federation of Societies Cross and Red Crescent international Tribunals , which are backing directly through the presence of their representatives in Iraq , which secures the continuity of aid, he pointed out that over the attribution ofdisplaced Fallujah operation there was cooperation by the friendly association with theRed Crescent Society.
Mamouri that said part of the funding of these two unions will be in aid from donors ,which will be directed through multiple channels, including the United Nations and theinternational movement cross and Red Crescent Societies, stressing that Assembly and through this position find themselves ready through its stomach and pre - packaged for the adoption of all the means available so that you are responding as planned inadvance.

He noted Mamouri the existence of two phases for the reception and distribution ,including aid for the first place in the reception center located in the village of pilgrims and the second in the final shelters, continuous and Assembly in both axes to provide assistance which is a food and water treatment, as well as the provision of services Other who settled them in Tikrit and some
other areas.
Mamouri played down the warnings escalated the deterioration of the humanitarian situation for civilians in the province of Nineveh , in the event of the start of theliberalization process, stressing that the contribution of Assembly in this conservative part of the national plan , which was adopted, and there is international support large and preparedness led the government, and therefore, there is a high confidence in thegovernment through what is expressed by the international community through statements or practice to contribute a large portion of the aid process, and we are in such a volatile security conditions there are the so - called «protection» , as the government has to bear the responsibility to protect civilians and succeeded in that which led to the confidence of the international community procedures.
Mamouri he added that there is a second phase depends on the help of these civilians and provide all kinds of support to them, and what we've seen from the success of the Washington conference stressed that things are going very successful path.
the international community has given Iraq worth more than two billion dollars in order tohelp the displaced and the sustainability of the reconstruction of liberated areas, especially after the great victories achieved by Iraq in various fronts.[/rtl]
