    Announced the registration of companies in the Ministry of Commerce Department on Thursday, completing establishment of 119 national companies and nine offices of foreign companies transactions during the month of July, and indicated to be taken several decisions, including the integration and settlement of accounts and the capital increase, as pointed to a settling of accounts of 21 companies and hauling 135 Other to Investigating Judge for violating the instructions.
    The director general of the department, Ferial Akram Abdullah, in a statement received (range Press), a copy of which, "The Circle and within its completed for the month of July, has issued several resolutions concerning the amendment of contracts for companies, distributed between the capital increase and the integration and liquidation of corporate accounts." .
    He said Abdullah, "The circle has completed the ratification of the minutes of the founding meetings of the companies, Ltd. 119 the minutes and guestrooms, as well as ratification by 33 special a record of the meetings of the General Authority for joint stock companies as well as the ratification of the General Authority for corporate people Limited decisions and guestrooms 800 decision."
    Abdullah stressed that "acts of the month of July, also included a record nine offices and representation of foreign companies and registration of foreign company branch, in addition to documenting the 120 companies registered and 135 refer to the company Investigating Judge for violating the guidelines and instructions."
