"Trade" announces the establishment of 166 national companies during March

The registration of companies in the Ministry of Commerce completed transactions for the establishment of 166 national companies and the registration of 13 branches of a foreign company during the month of March.
The Director General of the Department, Abdul Aziz Jabbar Agency, said in a statement that 192 companies were registered and the transfer of 444 Iraqi companies and 25 foreign companies to the judicial investigator for violating regulations and instructions.
The statement added that the department has studied the final accounts of the 1858 national companies, merged 55 companies, increased the capital of 33 companies, liquidated the accounts of 10 companies, studied the accounts of foreign companies' branches of 61 companies, (304), checking the receipts of (5219) and conducting (161) disclosure of companies in Baghdad and the provinces.
