BAGHDAD - A Journal
Integrity Commission announced on Tuesday by the competent integrity issues Criminal Court issued a judgment in absentia to jail convicted (A.s.a) who was working as an employee of the Department of contracts and purchases Secretariat General of the Council of Ministers, to exploit public office.
The Investigation Department of the Authority in a statement received (Il Giornale) a copy of it, that "the issue inevitably to the court by the competent investigation of integrity issues the judge, that the decision to sentence a convicted based on the provisions of Article (316 / Tier I) of the Iraqi Penal Code."
