    [rtl]He called on the governor of Basra Majed Nasraoui, Japan to speed up the opening of a consulate in the province of Basra, to activate economic cooperation to serve the peoples of the two friendly countries.[/rtl]
    [rtl]Said Nasraoui after meeting with Japanese Ambassador Fumio Iwai in the governorate building, according to a statement obtained by "direction Press" a copy of it, "The meeting with the Japanese ambassador witnessed the search a number of files, notably with regard to the Japanese loan and joint projects between the two sides in addition to the support and development of fertilizer plant project .[/rtl]
