    Commission criticized member of theparliamentary women Risan Sheikh Dler, on Sunday, instructed the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research on new uniforms for students in colleges and universities all. As shown that these recommendations are not commensurate with the nature of Iraqi society and the multiplicity of sects, expressed surprise at the departure of such a recommendation from the Minister of "technocrats". 
     He said the Information Office of the Deputy for the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan ( PUK ) Risan Sheikh Dler in a statement received (range Press) copy of " The Help the Ministry of Higher Education and scientific research new about the uniforms are not acceptable, especially with regard to the identification of students clothes because they are incompatible with the personal freedoms guaranteed by the Constitution. " 
    Dler added that" direct ministerial recommendations specifying the allowable colors and quality fabrics are not commensurate with the nature of Iraqi society and the multiplicity of sects and can force students to it, "expressing the hope" that the ministry go back on its recommendations on this subject. " 
    I promised the Kurdish MP that" the ministry instructed the intervention affairs of students ' personal, "surprising" exit such a recommendation from the Minister of Higher Education and technocrats. " 
    She called Dler to "raise the level of scientific update the curriculum and the development of teaching aids such as laboratories and intensify the effort to return scientific talent to the country." 
    The Ministry of Higher Education and scientific research has recently issued instructions to Iraqi universities and institutes which determines the nature of the uniforms for the students and the quality of the cloth and the length and width Skirt for students.

    The statement continued , "The ministry also issued a special uniform for male students , including wearing awhite shirt and sweater or jacket painted gray and blue, indigo or black, pants instructions not be tight."
