    Smiling face-said the Chairman of the Committee on the regions and governorates of representative Mohammed Kayani that the vote on the amendment of Act No. 12 of 2008 provinces establishes the principle of decentralization in Iraq dramatically, for the Federal Court and the political blocs to be the level of the Constitution and federal decentralization concepts to individual happiness.

    Kayani called for Federal Court, parties and political blocs to: "to be the level of the Iraqi Constitution of concepts and principles of decentralization and federalism in Iraq, to his Excellency the Iraqi individual and dignified life for all Iraqis and end the abhorrent Central, please also follow the KRG will follow in adopting a law similar to this law for citizens of the region's provinces".
