The office explained that "this law aims to encourage doctors to work outside the province of Baghdad, and in the branches of medicine and rare include emergency and family psychiatry, and in expelling the provinces, as well as attracting qualified medical expertise holders to return to the homeland," noting that this law sent for publication in the Official Gazette.
