    The state also would borrow within the next year budget of $ 600 million from the German Development Bank (KFW) to finance the age of the liberated areas projects of terrorism and $ 160 million from Italy for projects and ministries of water resources and agriculture in addition to $ 2.7 billion from the United States in favor ofthe Defense Ministry, and 500 million dollars from the World Bank to finance the Ministry of Electricity and theMunicipality of Baghdad and ages, housing and financial projects, and a loan from Sweden worth half a billion dollars to finance the Ministry of Electricity projects.

    She stressed that " the proposed five - year leave for state employees may not include in the budget next year will be in the form of a separate law on financial budget because the budget for one year and the holiday will be granted for five years and this decision is up to the Finance Committee." 
    Najib noted that "next year 's budget will include the terms of the International Monetary Fund to reform theIraqi economy and save it from the rentier", pointing out that "there is a big problem facing the budget next year , a domestic and external borrowing." 
    MP expects " to pass the budget for fiscal 2017 Act at the end of this week or early next week because of theabsence of objection by the political blocs to it."
