Deputy: oil-producing provinces claim to exploit petro-dollars allocations for the implementation of service projects
Baghdad (news) .. Student Rapporteur of the Commission on oil and energy MP / coalition of Kurdish blocs / Qasim Muhammad Qasim, oil-producing provinces to exploit allocations granted to them within the petro-dollars project in the implementation of service projects and infrastructure to remove contaminants left behind by the extractive industry.
Kassem said (of the Agency news): The amendment, which was the law of the provinces and provincial granting oil-producing provinces (5) dollars per barrel produced, and two dollars for each (150) cubic meters of gas produced.
He pointed out: that the project of petro-dollars was allocated to the provinces of the oil-producing one dollar per barrel of product in the year (2012), and then was increased to two dollars a year (2013), but the amendment of the law provinces gave to the provinces producing oil rights and granted powers in the implementation of projects.
He added: oil-producing provinces, especially South claim to exploit these financial allocations large projects to remove contamination caused by the extractive industry of wealth hydrocarbon and set up service projects and infrastructure for the advancement of those provinces.
