    Said MP for the Liberal bloc angham Alhmosa, today, that some circles have taken the subject of lack of financial allocations have an excuse not to implement important projects such as highway, "Muhammad al-Qasim Street."
    Alhmosa In an interview with "direction" made it clear that there are many investment and service projects lagging behind in Baghdad was supposed to be completed in previous periods, indicating that the competent authorities cite a lack of financial allocation for the implementation of these projects despite the granting of international loans obtained by most of the ministries and departments of service and did not touch the citizen of any real and effective role for the completion of the service in Baghdad.
    It is said that Services Committee in the House of Representatives, attributed the deterioration of the service situation in the capital of Baghdad to several reasons, noting that housing abuses and indiscriminate caused the delay completion of some projects in Baghdad.
    Committee Chairman Nazim al-Saadi: "There are many reasons met and led to the deterioration of the service situation in the capital", pointing out that «the weakness of the financial allocations for the Secretariat is an important reason but not the only cause of the problem."
    He said al-Saadi, that "there is a reluctance to complete some important projects that address important part of the capital problems, especially with regard to networks drainage or water liquefaction, causing a decline in services dramatically," explaining that "the Commission has meetings and follow-ups with the secretariat of Baghdad on a regular basis , it was formed as an operations room at the Secretariat to follow up the bugs. "
