    He said Hammadi that the province in connection with the completion of the assignment of a power plant project with a capacity of procedures (33/11 KV) in the village of Bashir liberated, stressing at the same time that the Commission on the reconstruction of the liberated areas in the province raised the statements included 73 liberated villages in the adjacent areas south - west of Kirkuk tape in order to building them.
