    House of Representatives held its despite terrorist threats

    Vote in the House of Representatives at its session today on a draft law on ratification of the Convention on the promotion and protection of investment between Japan and Iraq.
    The parliament yesterday decided to hold its meeting on Tuesday, despite terrorist threats.
    Parliament rapporteur Muhammad al-Khalidi said in a press statement: «House Speaker Osama Najafi resenting to hear from the media and the presence of threats targeting the House of Representatives and talk about the postponement of the hearings and give employees a holiday open».
