He added that " the meeting discussed the preliminary report , which was prepared by a dedicated team in collaboration with the comprehensive development consultants planned to make a study of Baghdad city flexible city and to address bottlenecks and unrest facing the city while retaining the traditional fixed factors of the city."
The statement pointed out that "this study was prepared in cooperation with the municipal districts that have conducted surveys and diagnose bottlenecks positions including random excesses of housing and other areas."
" The report is intended to create a state of balance in support of the comprehensive development plan and to enhance the steps of Baghdad Secretariat for the advancement of the city also includes a study and a vision for global experiences to discuss how to set up solutions to overcome the obstacles that hinder traditional cities and can Baghdad Municipality overcome."
