I was happy what I heard from a colleague involved in economic affairs in a television report , "We are moving towards a social market economy .." Although there is no any official announcement about the nature of the market economy adopted by the economic reforms package system.
Pleasure defended not because I am biased in this form of market economy system, but also for information that responded to the question as long as economists put the general market adopted by the new Iraqi state economy system type?
Until the moment has not seen the source of this information and most likely that our colleague inferred according to special perceptions, especially as the features that establish such a system is unclear, what drives a lot of observers tipping market economy capitalist system according to data events in which some see the features shift entirely towards market liberalism facing a wave of resistance in the countries of the world, particularly the European Union.
Social market economy means that the economic system , which twinned in the rejection of the capitalist form of absolute by the revolutionary and socialism on the other hand, as it recognizes private ownership of the means of production with government intervention is trying to achieve the rhythm of a disciplined market in accordance with legal mechanisms for competition and setting standards for working conditions, and the provision of social services , depending on the strings attached tax upward limit capital dominance over the joints of life including controlling the labor market and inflation rates, and this type of market economy (German industry) after World war

Now we are required to disclose the pattern of market economy that we want to determine the paths of action without neglecting the role of wills that were made and the changing events in our country.
