BAGHDAD / NINA / The MP, of the Iraqiya coalition, Suhad al-Obeidi said the political will and alliances in the next elections will prevent Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki to get the position of prime minister for three terms.

She added in a statement to the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA /: "The decision of the Federal Court to challenge the law of the mandate of the three presidencies was expected; because the MPs of the State of law challenged the law immediately after being approved in the parliament and declared that the Federal Court will veto the law, expecting a political deal between the State of Law and the Kurdistan Alliance to veto the mandate of the three presidencies and paragraph 23 of Kirkuk's election law. "

Obeidi called on the State of Law coalition to "nominate a new character instead of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki in the next government in order to inject new blood and not establish a dictatorship monopolized by one person."

The Federal Supreme Court on Monday 26, August decided to cancel the law of the mandate of the three presidencies and Article 23 of the provincial councils of 2008 of Kirkuk. / End
