    On the other hand , he said the director of control of tourism companies department at the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities Muhannad Frejee "long", said that "there are some companies tourism is not licensed contrary to the ministry for religious tourism and medical tourism laws , " noting that " The ministry is in the process of closing all tourist companies not licensed and forwarding to sanctions within the prescribed by law. "
    Frejee explained that "tourism in Iraq has failed miserably," noting that "this failure came after the 2003 lack of interest in the former federal governments side of tourism and attract investors and tourists."
    Frejee and that " the Iraqi citizen of the affluent class prefer tourism outside of Iraq rather than tourism inside it, " adding that "security conditions experienced by the country behind the fear of foreigners to enter Iraq as the Iraqi citizen , the poor would prefer to stay in the geographical own area because of not having any amount of money being able to tourism within the country or outside it . "
