    A member of the Committee on Economy and Investment Representative Harith Chanshal al-Harthy, on Thursday, that the Reconstruction Fund of Iraq complain about the lack of funds borrowed and granted to him, stressing that the war with a budgeted Iraq's budget expensive.

    Al-Harithi said in a press interview that "the war with the organization of an advocate cost Iraq a lot and caused the loss of billions." Adding that the Iraqi Reconstruction Fund complained about the lack of funds borrowed and granted to him.

    He also pointed out that the government has drawn up a 10-year plan that will start next year until 2028 and require very large funds.

    He added that the government's plan will focus on rebuilding the infrastructure and cities liberated from the grip of the .sf
