The government has recommended in the draft budget of 2018 to continue to borrow from the Japanese Agency up to $ 1500 million for the purpose of funding the projects of ministries.
A source in the Ministry of Planning said in a press statement that "the government recommended in the draft budget of 2018 sent to parliament to continue borrowing from the Japanese agency for next year and a total of $ 1500 million."
The source added that "the amount allocated from 658 million dollars to complete the projects of ministries and independent bodies and provinces not associated with the province," noting that "the money is tapped and distributed to the projects of ministries, particularly service ministries." C
