    Baghdad / ... The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Abd al - Razzaq al- Issa, on Monday, reducing tuition fees for students admitted to the private channel state education morning (parallel) for the year 2017/2018 of the sons of the villages, counties and displaced families and those with limited income.

    The official added that "the reduction of tuition fees will also be for students admitted within the special education channel of the morning (parallel) for the year 2017/2018, which have the highest rates, noting that the reduction will be 25% of tuition fees for students within the top 5% of students accepted and reduced 15% of tuition fees for students from the second highest 5% of students admitted.
