Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi said on Wednesday that the security challenge is still in place, pointing out that there are future rounds to eliminate "terrorism" and corruption.
Abadi said in a press statement, followed by Alsumaria News, "The security challenge is still in place," noting that "there are future rounds to eliminate terrorism and corruption."
"We must work to expose corruption in order to preserve the victory achieved by the blood of heroes," he said.
Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi said on November 9, 2017 that the security challenge requires "intensifying the intelligence effort and citizen cooperation" with the security system.
