[rtl]The Council of Ministers decided that the interest of the contractors on the loans granted to them will not be met according to the conditions set forth therein from the date of the previous decision of the Council of Ministers on 14 February 2016[/rtl]
[rtl]The previous decision stipulates that the interest of contractors who have debts owed by government agencies equal to or greater than the loans granted to them will not be met and that they can not be disbursed due to the financial crisis. The Ministry of Finance shall bear the amounts of such interest after consideration by the boards of directors of these banks in accordance with the country's situation and challenges.
