Economy News Baghdad: Prime Minister Haidar al-Abadi said Tuesday that "the Council of Ministers agreed to exempt contractors from the benefits of loans obtained from banks." "It is not fair to ask contractors for the benefits of loans they have received from banks and they are asking the state for money," Abbadi told a news conference attended by the economy news.
