The court ruled that Ethel Abdul Aziz Mohammed Abdel Aziz Nujaifi was sentenced to three years' imprisonment under the terms of Article 329 of the Penal Code.
The decision also "issued an arrest warrant against Ethel Nujaifi in accordance with the provisions of Article 329 of the Penal Code to implement the penalty against him, in addition to preventing him from travel and seizure of his movable and immovable property."
