[ltr]A memo issued by the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers stating that it stopped the promotion of the 4-year leave after the suspension of the Federal Budget Law No. (44) of 2017.[/ltr]
[ltr]According to the document, the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, "due to the suspension of the Federal Budget Act of 2017 because of the end of the fiscal year, it called for the promotion of the four-year leave."[/ltr]
[ltr]The document added that "in the case of the need for staff of the State departments for leave, applications are confirmed applications for the leave sent previously, and the promotion of new applications as far as the titles of the functions that require the approval of the Prime Minister after the adoption of the budget in 2018.[/ltr]
[ltr]It is noteworthy that the House of Representatives voted, Wednesday (July 12, 2017), on the paragraph granting the employee leave for 4 years with full nominal salary.[/ltr]
