"The amendments sent by the government to the parliament do not affect the essence of the budget, but are simple amendments related to some formulations and a slight increase in spending," Abadi said.

With regard to the position of the Kurdish forces of the draft budget, which was amended, renewed member of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan MP Rezan Delier, the position of the Kurds rejecting the adoption of less than 17% of the budget for the Kurdish provinces.
