    The financial adviser to the Prime Minister, the appearance of 
    Mohammed Saleh, that the loans obtained by Iraq from the Kuwait Conference will contribute to the rehabilitation of liberated areas.
    Saleh said in his speech to "Economy News" that "the financial loans received by Iraq on the final day of the Kuwait conference will be a lever for him," noting that the loans reflect the positive trends of the international community in support of Iraq.
    "The loans obtained by Iraq do not satisfy the desire to rehabilitate liberated areas, but remains a positive step in the minimum."
    Saleh said, "UAE contributions to the reconstruction of Iraq are positive and good, and we hope not to be the last, especially that there is a desire to invest by them in Iraq," noting that "Iraq is a good investment environment, and there is an investment law gives great facilities for investors, In front of UAE companies to work. "
    He pointed out that "the funds granted by the UAE and other countries will go to the reconstruction and development of infrastructure, and we in Iraq look forward to a large role for international companies, including UAE companies ."
    Iraq received 30 billion dollars in loans, grants and investments in the reconstruction conference held in Kuwait and concluded on Wednesday.
