    Baghdad / ... The Council of Ministers approved the completion of the contracting process for the implementation of the project of the city of Rashid in Baghdad with the two companies (Emaar Properties PJSC, and Eagle Hills Real Estate LLC), and complete the requirements of referral to them through Agreement on the form of the final contract according to the book of the National Investment Commission.
    A statement by the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers received by "Iraq News" that "the Council of Ministers agreed to grant investment licenses to the two companies fundamental, provided that the sale of land allocated to the project (10%) of the value of the land paid (2%) of them in advance, (8%) of the value of the remaining land the state's share in the project, noting that the proportion of profits that exceed the profit margin target to the public treasury of the State pursuant to the provisions of the Law of Financial Management and Public Debt No. 95 of 2004.
    He added that "the investor party bear the maintenance costs, and the sale of housing units, which is also responsible for the implementation of the contract before the National Investment Commission."
