    He added that the Iraqi forces, proved their high capabilities, in the face of the fight against terrorism, and no need for any foreign forces in Iraq, the national effort is sufficient to meet any security challenge.
    He pointed out that Iraq needs training and this training can be in the form of memoranda of understanding with countries that can benefit from their experiences.
    Al-Hamaidawi pointed out that the Iraqi government says that the American forces include trainers and advisers and the consistent principle that no foreign combat forces can be accepted from any country.
    On the presence of the Turkish forces, he noted that "the position of the presence of the Turkish forces compounded by the official and popular and all authorities and described by all authorities as an aggression and violation of Iraqi sovereignty, and made efforts at the regional and international level to condemn this presence and pressure on Turkey to withdraw its forces, Official and popular level ".
    It is worth mentioning that the US forces have in Iraq military bases, most notably in the district of Makhmour between the courts of Hawija and Shorouk and Mosul, the center of Nineveh, north, and the city of Habbaniyah tourism, and appointed Assad in Anbar, west, and in the capital Baghdad.
