    [ltr]The process of voting for the parliamentary elections on Thursday began for foreign Iraqis in six countries.[/ltr]
    [ltr]Polling stations in Australia, Germany, France, Turkey, Egypt and Belgium opened this morning to the Iraqi community for parliamentary elections.[/ltr]
    [ltr]More than 141,000 Iraqis will participate in the elections in Turkey.[/ltr]
    [ltr]The elections are contested by 320 political parties, coalitions and electoral lists, distributed as follows: 88 electoral lists, 205 political entities and 27 electoral alliances, through 7,367 candidates.[/ltr]
    [ltr]The parliamentary seats are distributed to the 18 Iraqi governorates according to their respective census. Baghdad receives 71 seats, Ninawa 34, Basra 25, Dhi Qar 19, Sulaymaniyah 18, Babil 17, Erbil 16 and Anbar 15.[/ltr]
    [ltr]While Diyala has 14 seats, Kirkuk 13, Najaf, Dahuk and Salahuddin 12 seats each, Diwaniyah, Karbala and Wasit 11 seats in each province, Maysan 10 seats, and Muthanna 7. Ended 29 / a 43[/ltr]
