President Donald Trump announced in a press conference that he had directed US representatives at the Group of Seven summit in Canada not to recognize the final statement.

He pointed out in the twinkle that he made this decision after the "false statements" of Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, and Canada imposed huge customs duties on farmers and American workers.

Trump also accused Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, who headed the summit, of being dishonest and weak.

G7 leaders signed a trade-related compromise on Saturday, but it does not solve the current tariff problem and is proposing new negotiations.

"We are committed to the modernization of the World Trade Organization (WTO) with a view to making it more equitable, as soon as possible," said the summit statement, "We affirm the crucial role of a rules-based international trading system and continue to fight trade protection." Customs ".

After their summit, which focused heavily on trade disputes between the United States and its allies, the G7 leaders stressed the need for "free, fair and mutually beneficial trade".

In contrast, the G7 failed to reach a climate deal with the United States.
